Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. However we understand that last-minute emergencies happen, and our clients understand that last-minute cancellations are challenging to rebook. Therefore we have a flexible 24 hours cancellation policy. If your cancellation is under 24 hours notice and we can rebook your time slot, you will not be charged; otherwise, if it remains open, you will be charged up to 100% of the service.
Please Note: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. Prepaid appointments may be rescheduled or issued a credit account with 24 + notice. Day of notice for reschedules may be charged $25-$75 fee. No shows will be charged up to 100% of service price.
