The series of structural integration sessions is designed to lengthen and soften the connective tissue (fascia), fostering the rebalancing of posture, enhanced flexibility in movement, and an increased sense of comfort within your body. This process is most effective when completed as a series spanning 13 weeks. Session lasts for anywhere from 90-100 Minutes.

Structural Mini Therapy targets specific problem areas using focused muscle-release techniques to reduce tension, improve alignment, and increase range of motion. This session supports myofascial balance and lays the groundwork for the full 13-Series of Structural Integration. Commonly used for knee, hip, sciatic, shoulder, TMJ, pelvic floor pain, headaches, and migraines.

Postural Analysis helps identify the root causes of pain and dysfunction by assessing your current posture. Your therapist will review your health history, goals, lifestyle, and areas of discomfort to create a personalized treatment plan and set a clear foundation for future sessions.

Choose what massage you would like to have each month (Structural Mini, Lymphatic, Swedish, Deep Tissue). Card is required to be on file and will be charged the beginning of each month. Doesn’t include the Structural Series- packages available for discounted SI work.
